What the observation workflow needs.
The actual app runs on iPad/iPhone, with the core observation workflow and observation records on the device. Student names and identifying information are not needed. Teacher names, grades, observation evidence and coaching records are school information that requires appropriate handling.
Imported assessment data is for temporary reference only; it does not live in the application. Keep student rows, identifiers and assessment values out of saved notes and reports.
Release-specific details are being reconciled.
The revised build must confirm local persistence, access controls, backups, deletion, speech processing, generated-suggestion processing, diagnostics and sharing. This review page does not assert a verified encryption algorithm, external sign-in provider, cloud-storage arrangement, App Store disclosure or FERPA/COPPA certification.
Exports may leave the device through a destination the observer chooses. Replacing teacher names does not remove identifying free text or guarantee anonymity. Review every report before sharing.
